Responsibilities
* Perform operational reviews and financial audits at Lear business units across Europe.
* Make recommendations to senior members of local finance teams to improve business performance.
* Assist with special projects as requested by Senior Management, including transaction support, cost-cutting and benchmarking exercises.
* Report to the European Corporate Audit Managers and Director.
Career Development
* The department is used as a talent pool to develop the company’s future finance executives.
* It is expected that auditors will spend 2-3 years in the department before promotion into a senior line management position, such as Financial Controller, Financial Manager, Business Controller and Senior Analyst.
Requirements
* ‘Big 4’ trained financial auditor with 2-4 years professional experience, preferably gained within the automotive sector or similar
* Fluency in English and an additional European language
* Strong team player with international outlook
* Ability to travel 75% around Europe, returning, when possible, to your home base at the weekend
