Junior Regional Internal Auditors – EU & EEMEA
Job responsibilities :
• Carry out financial and operational audits in all functional areas
• Help to prepare detailed audit reports, including recommendations for improvements
• Perform ad hoc reviews and special projects at European level as required by the Group
• Analyze business processes and advise on process optimization
• Consult during implementation of new processes and systems
• Provide independent assurance to the management on the standards of control
• Evaluate and develop internal controls
• Help to develop and refine audit programs, plans, techniques and systems
• Cooperate with the external auditor, especially during year-end and quarterly closings
Education :
• The candidate must be in possession of an University degree in accounting or finance ideally with a specialization in audit
Languages :
• Fluency in English is a must. Other European languages are desired
Skills & Qualifications :
• High standard of computer literacy (MS Office, SAP R/3, Louts Notes …)
• Strong technical skills (preferably US GAAP)
Profile :
• Work as part of a team, providing support and assistance to fellow team members as required
• High degree of analytical skill and detail-orientation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a cross divisional/cultural environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Open to travel extensively (the role will involve 60 to 70% travel)
