This multinational corporation is looking for an experienced individual to join their international internal audit and risk team covering their operations on a world wide basis.
Working in a high profile and multi cultural team you will be making key strategic decisions across the breadth of this diverse global business.
The audit team is seen as an excellent place to start in the group if you are looking to work in a senior management position at a later date in your career – either in finance or in a commercial management role.
Successful candidates would be expected to work for around 2- 3 years in the audit function before developing their skills in another arena.
Your role will focused on promoting and optimizing internal control processes and advise senior management on key strategic initiatives.
The majority of your work will be focused on risk assessments for each activity cycle across the different Business Units. In co-operation with the local management, you initiate and monitor change in order to improve efficiency throughout the company.
Dealing with a wide variety of challenging assignments, you will gain an in-depth knowledge of the business before taking on further operational responsibilities.
In order to apply for this position you are likely to have between 4-6 years of experience gained in a combination of external audit/internal audit or controls within a large multinational business.
Manufacturing experience would be an advantage as well as having excellent communication skills and strong team working capabilities.
Fluent English is essential – other languages would be helpful.
Candidates must be flexible to undertake an international career.
