MANAGEMENT & PROFESSIONAL TRAINER
Under the direction of a senior team leader, this position will provide platform delivery of a suite of training and development programs and processes for supervisors and managers in a large, diversified corporate environment.
Minimum Requirement
• BS/BA degree, Masters a plus.
• 7-10 years experience in platform delivery, design and implementation of supervisory and management development training programs and processes in corporate work environments.
• Ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in needs assessment, program design and rollout; experience with change management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to interface at all organizational levels and excellent co-facilitation, platform delivery and influencing skills.
