SENIOR MANAGEMENT & PROFESSIONAL TRAINER
This position will serve as a senior member of a team responsible for delivery of a suite of training and development programs and processes for supervisors and managers in a large, diversified corporate organizational environment.
Minimum Requirement
• BS/BA degree, Masters a plus,
• 12-15 years overall training & development experience.
• Four of these years must have been in a supervisory role of trainers.
• This senior professional must have extensive experience in platform delivery, design and implementation of supervisory and management development programs and processes in large, diversified corporate environments.
