This leading International group with a significant worldwide presence around Europe, the Americas and Asia is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Director to oversee their Central and Eastern European region.
Based in Moscow, you will work closely with senior management across this diverse region to oversee this functional area as well as have full strategic and management responsibility for a team of experienced professionals as well as setting the overall direction and agenda for this part of the Internal Audit division.
You will be involved in overseeing special projects and investigations as and when required, undertaking a variety of SAP reviews as well as having overall responsibility for operational and financial audits.
You will also be involved in developing the team on a professional basis as well as overseeing full strategic financial and operational reviews of the groups various entities.
In order to apply for this position you will have at least 7- 10 years experience.
Potential candidates must either be at least a manager level within a big four practice firm (either from external or internal audit services etc) or may be candidates who have experience gained in audit and a finance related position within a large multinational group. In this regard preference would be for candidates who have displaced strong growth potential and have had a dynamic career to date within an international focused group. Potential applicants must have very strong management capabilities as well as experience of overseeing large assignments for large multinational businesses.
It is essential that candidates have excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior management.
Candidates should be fluent in English – other languages would be most welcome.
A high level of international travel will be expected.
