This business, a leading multinational group in the consumer goods sector is looking for a talented individual to join their Corporate Audit team in Italy. The approach of the team is to focus on business risks and processes across the groups global business.
As part of their continued development, and further focus on good Corporate Governance, they are seeking to expand and strengthen the team with the appointment of an Audit Supervisor - the role will be focused on the planning and leading audits and special projects in the assigned area and if requested at worldwide level.
The majority of your role will be focused on overseeing and managing the audit assignments, with special attention on the following areas:
Perform Risk Assessment
Conducting financial and operational audits for the assigned area, according to Headquarter audit plan and methodology;
Define recommendations and action plans to improve local processes;
Perform local consulting services and assist local managers in special projects
In order to apply for this position, candidates should have between 4 to 8 years of experience gained in either external or internal audit - ideally working in a large manufacturing group or within a Big Four firm.
Candidates should have excellent knowledge of modern risk based audit methodologies as well as business process review experienced.
As well as strong commercial skills and influencing abilities with senior management candidates should have a good understanding of different languages such as French and Italian
Worldwide travel will be expected.
