Job description
Your responsibilitires are:
- Manage the TME Gr. SOX compliance project, ensuring co-ordination with TMC, Group Companies and external auditors to ensure project deliverables are met;
- Plan and carry out operational audit assignments in the Toyota Motor Europe Group Companies;
- Audits cover operational procedures, internal control systems, information systems, accounting procedures, legal requirements and Corporate Governance;
- Identify, develop and promote best internal control practice to contribute to operational efficiency and support the company's compliance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act;
- Facilitate the operation of the Toyota European Audit Committee including reporting the results of internal audit and SOX;
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Internal Audit function.
Who we are looking for
- You possess a University degree (commercial engineering, economics…);
- You have between 6 to 9 years experience in financial positions including external or internal audit;
- You have experience with implementing Internal Control for compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes Oxley Act ;
- Having exposure to an international environment is desirable but not essential;
- You also have a good knowledge of accounting and business processes;
- You have project management experience;
- You have excellent English communication skills;
- You have the ability to build an internal network of contacts and you enjoy working in a team, although some work will require autonomy;
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint will be a plus ;
- You do not mind travelling abroad an average of 30% of your time across Europe.
