Description de l'annonce :
- Manage a team of 3-4 internal auditors who will be involved on a range of assignments of, on average, 4 to 8 weeks, through all the Group locations
- Schedule the auditors to ensure all operations of the Group are audited at least annually
- Maintain up-to-date Internal Audit Programmes
- Conduct review process to ensure that all aspects of the IAP have been properly executed, and a clear, relevant and practical report produced, together with supporting audit files
- Fully review the Internal Audit Report with local management
- Ensure that every operation reports action taken in respect of the most recent Plan of Action on a regular quarterly basis
- Maintain continuous dialogue with Internal Auditors to act as a sounding board for their queries
- Prepare quarterly reports for the Audit Committee
- Be fully conversant with the MIC Policy and Procedures Manual and identify aspects of policy that need revision, deletion or incorporation of new policies.

Profil recherché :
- a recognize professional qualification (CIMA,ACA,ACCA,IIA) or equivalent
- qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years PQE
- a knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques tests and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
- an ability to gather, analyse and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports
- an ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other staff of the organisation and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
- ability to work with multinational teams
- fluent in English
- Luxembourg-based with +/- 80% travelling
