The client is seeking a professional to assume the role of Partner for their France Operations.
The successful candidate will be a highly-experienced audit professional with broad management, business development and customer relations skills.
The job responsibilities will consist principally of the following:
• Leading the company’s business unit in France
• Developing business
• Hiring and managing the development of consultants
• Oversight of client engagements and client relationships
• Knowledge leadership in the France market, as evidenced through industry speaking engagements and development of position papers on key industry topics
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, teamwork oriented and highly motivated professional with relevant industry experience and professional network.

Required qualifications:
• Strong industry ties and broad business contact network
•
• Prior P&L (General Management) experience
•
• Relevant internal or external audit experience
•
• Experience working with senior management and at the board level
•
• Proven capability selling professional services
•
• Experience developing and managing staff
•
• Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
•
• Available for business travel
Preferred qualifications:
• Professional Services / Consulting experience
•
• Big 4 Experience
•
• MBA or other related advanced degree
•
• CA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other audit certification
