Senior Partner – Europe (U.K. Country Manager and General Manager – European Region)

Our client is seeking a professional to assume the role of U.K. Country Manager and General Manager – European Region. The successful candidate will be a highly-experienced audit professional with broad management, business development and customer relations skills.
This person will function as the Country Manager for the UK and General Manager for the European region. This includes ultimate accountability for development and PL performance of the UK business and oversight, support and performance management for the overall European region.
The job responsibilities will consist principally of the following:
UK Responsibilities:
• Leading the UK business unit
• Developing business
• Hiring and managing the development of consultants
• Oversight of client engagements and client relationships
• Knowledge leadership in the U.K. market, as evidenced through industry speaking engagements and development of position papers on key industry topics
European Responsibilities:
• Lead the European organization toward the achievement of individual and overall goals for the region
• Manage, coach and develop the European region through the existing management infrastructure
• Support to the European region in a knowledge leadership role
• Performance management of the European region through effective periodic monitoring and reporting
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, teamwork oriented and highly motivated professional with relevant industry experience and professional network.

• Relevant internal or external audit experience
• Experience working with senior management and at the board level
• Proven capability selling professional services

• Available for business travel
Preferred qualifications:
• Professional Services / Consulting experience
• Big 4 Experience
• MBA or other related advanced degree
• CA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other audit certification
