Audit Manager - FS/Insurance - Toronto

We are currently recruiting for a Manager or aspiring Senior Manager for our client based in Toronto, they are looking for someone with specific financial services and insurance audit background to head up and manage their team of audit professionals They are looking for the best – bright, dynamic people that inspire others and have developed excellent relationships with clients. You will be responsible for planning, managing and completing the engagement whilst providing support to the team, you will also be involved in assisting with practice management, which includes: assuming a coaching performance management instructing training courses to the staff; networking in the local business community; preparation and delivery of competitive audit proposals; and recruiting.
