Our client is a specialist in the Chartered Accounting industry recruiting in Australia for the likes of the Big 4 and leading international 2nd Tier chartered accounting firms, ranking within the top 10 firms in Australia and around the world. We have a number of positions for CA/CPA/ACCA qualified audit Seniors, Supervisors and Managers who are looking to relocate to Australia and gain valuable international experience whilst at the same time wishing to enjoy Australia with all its international landmarks and an exciting social scene on of course famous beaches!
Candidates will be working with a range of well known clients/brands that include large private companies as well as local and internationally publicly listed companies. Reporting to the Partners and Managers, they will help to run the audit engagements from start to finish - this includes planning & scheduling, reviewing work, writing reports as well as having high level client contact.
There are competitive salaries on offer including full sponsorship for 2 years, good benefits and relocation expenses, plus additional tax incentives. The successful candidate will have:
- A Minimum of 3 years External audit experience
- Be currently employed within a chartered firm (commercial candidates will not be considered)
- Chartered Accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA)
- Communication skills: Fluent English – both written and oral
- An in-depth knowledge of auditing and IFRS, and a proven track record for working on complex issues
- A track record managing junior staff and the audit process
- Good client management skills
The ideal candidate will come from either:
- Any of the Big 4 (PWC, KPMG, Deloitte or Ernst & Young) or
- Top 2nd Tier firms (BDO, PKF, Grant Thornton etc)
Our client will only consider candidates with experience from any of the following countries:
- USA/Canada
- South Africa
- UK, Ireland, Scotland, Wales
