Change Internationals client, a leading Big 4 firm in the CIS region currently require a Corporate Finance Director to join there rapidly expanding group. This is an excellent opportunity to rapidly develop your career in one of the fastest growing and affluent areas of the world.
The CIS comprises of Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan. Each country has experienced pheonominal growth in recent years and this has been due in a large part to the discovery of large Energy reserves, particularly in the Caspian Sea. In turn this has attracted multinational Oil & Gas firms to the region as well as International Financial services and Industrial companies keen to capitalise on the wealth that the CIS is generating. Similarly ex patriots have been keen to move to the region in order to take advantage of the huge tax breaks and market leading packages.
Given this huge influx of International companies there is no shortage of exciting high profile corporate work. As Director you can expect to advise multinational clients on entering the CIS Market and on financing buy outs and M&A. The deals you would undertake are huge and you would also be responsible for leading teams across the CIS and advising them as required. You will also work with other offices in the region and get invloved with Business development, recruitment and training. Due to the volume and nature of the work my client is also look to promote Directors to full Equity Partnership within 2 years.
Requirements:
• Experienced at Director or Senior manager level within a similar role
• ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualified beneficial
• Excellent Communication skills
• Hard working attitude and keen to learn about the CIS Market
