This Big 4 Organisation is the leading firm for Audit in this location. For the past 3 years they have grown by 32% consistently each year and have even bigger growth plans ahead. They are currently succession planning and are wishing to recruit 2 Directors who will be able to step up to the mark and become Partners.
As a Director in the business your biggest challenge will be to manage the growth and strong people management and IFRS skills are a must. Your portfolio will be existing clients and you won't be required to grow this until you are up to speed with the existing client base. There is a varied client base with international and national organisations from Oil & Gas, Financial Services and Manufacturing. You will have a team of local and Expatriate Managers taking your lead and one of your responsibilities will be to ensure the growth at this level continues.
