This multinational corporation is looking for an experienced individual to join their international internal audit and risk team covering their operations in Europe and beyond.
Working in a high profile and multi cultural team you will be making key strategic decisions across the breadth of this diverse global business.
The audit team is seen as an excellent place to start in the group if you are looking to work in a senior management position at a later date in your career – either in finance or in a commercial management role.
Successful candidates would be expected to work for around 3 years in the audit function before developing their skills in another arena.
You role will be initially focused on performing and overseeing financial, operational, and internal control based audits – including audit planning & execution as well as undertaking risk reviews across the different parts of the business.
You will also be expected to work closely with senior management on a variety of special projects such as Six Sigma projects, acquisition support & working capital reviews.
In order to apply for this position you are likely to have between 2-5 years of experience gained in a combination of external audit/internal audit or controls within a large multinational business.
Manufacturing experience would be an advantage as well as having excellent communication skills and strong team working capabilities.
Fluent English is essential – other languages (such as Spanish, French, German and/or Italian) would be helpful.
Candidates must be flexible to undertake an international career.
