USD 60,000 to 65,000 (Tax Free, dependant upon experience), discretionary bonus of up to 15%, relocation, interim accommodation and benefits

Our client, a big 4 firm of chartered accountants, is seeking a senior for its audit practice in Bermuda. The successful candidate will gain unbeatable experience in the financial services industry, whilst enjoying a beautiful sub-tropical location providing a tax free location and an optimum work-life balance. Any relevant financial services experience is beneficial, although not essential for the right applicant. Candidates must be ACA (or equivalent) qualified and possess a minimum 2 years audit experience.

Our client is looking for candidates for their 2008 intake with a start date of September 2008. For exceptional candidates an earlier start date will be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:
Candidates must be a qualified accountant and possess a minimum of 2 years recent audit experience, in preferably a big 4 environment.

Any relevant financial services experience is beneficial, although not essential for the right applicant.

Keys to Success:
Willingly assists in any areas required to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of their focus group.
Pleasant and friendly demeanour with all internal and external clients.
Follows through on all projects to completion meeting set deadlines and completing required follow-ups to ensure project goals achieved.

Career Path:
Typically, with superior performance over a sustained period of approximately 2-3 years, incumbency in this job leads to a Supervisor or Manager position.
