Our client, an international player active in the Bioanalytical sector, is looking for high potential Senior and Junior Group Internal Auditors to reinforce their Global Headquarters based in Brussels.
Job description
Your main responsibilities:
- Working in a small team and reporting to a group finance director
- A global finance controlling and auditing role
- Benchmarking and best practice reviews to optimize processes
- Due diligences and Compliance testing
- Support the integration of newly acquired businesses
- Introduction of our controlling tools and measures
- Group risk assessment and planning of controlling and audits
- Review of all financial processes and internal controls of the business units
- Support business units and country organizations with respect to consolidation,
budgeting and reporting
- Finance management on an interim basis
Who we are looking for
- Very good understanding of finance, accounting principles and internal controls
- Degree, specialization finance/accounting, from a leading business school and preferably a CPA degree
- 3 to 8 years of experience, for example in a leading audit firm or in finance controlling
- Strong analytical skills and communication skills
- Proven ability to work in an international environment
- Dynamic and ambitious personality
- Fluent English and at least one other European language is required
- Willing to travel significantly
