This big German insurance group is looking for a Senior Internal auditor to join their audit team based in Köln.
Working on a variety of risk based and business process audits across all the business lines you will help uncover business risks, help implement improvements following operational reviews and undertake special projects and investigations as required.
You will also be expected to undertake fraud investigations, due diligence and post acquisition reviews as well undertaking financial controls analysis.
It is expected that you will have some limited international travel across the region.
After a period in the audit team it is expected that you will progress your career in the group.
Successful applicants are likely to have experience of around 3-5 years gained in external or internal audit (experience within insurance companies is necessary) for a practice firm or a large multinational group.
In order to apply you should be a fluent German and at least communicative English.
