Internal Auditor

This leading Spanish production company is looking for an Internal Auditor to join their Internal Audit team based in Madrid.
Your role will be focused on undertaking operational audits and controls reviews across the different business lines mainly in the Iberian region as well as some projects further a field.

In this commercially focused audit role you will make recommendations to senior managers after evaluating key business risks, helping implement improvements following operational reviews and undertaking a variety of special projects such as special investigations, acquisitions, and re-engineering assignments.

Successful applicants are likely to have experience of around 1-2 years gained in external or internal audit (BIG4 is preferable) from a practice firm or a large multinational group.
A good general understanding of the manufacturing business would be most welcome.
Fluent in English and Spanish is essential.
It is expected that you will perform this job for few years before moving out into another job within the group (into a finance or operational role).
Travel is expected to be around 30%.
