Austin Andrew are currently recruiting for a Senior internal Auditor to join an international design, construction and engineering company. They are undergoing continued and rapid growth across Europe and so are growing the UK Based Internal Audit Team.
The main responsibility is to conduct internal audits of various company organisations, financial and operational functions, and financial reporting for compliance with the company’s code of business conduct & ethics
You will also provide daily supervision, training and coaching for one internal auditor, including review and approval of all audit working papers in a TeamMate software environment. You will work with the Manager, Internal Audit in developing annual audit plans, schedules, audit programs, and staff assessments and evaluations
Other responsibilities include support company initiatives regarding Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and other special projects as requested and also assist the Manager, Internal Audit in planning, developing, and implementing Internal Audit manuals and other training aids.
The ideal candidate would hold an accountancy qualification and have considerable internal auditing experience. You must also be prepared to travel internationally.
