OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGER
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Operational Risk Manager to join a rapidly expanding and evolving Investment Management organisation in a growing market place. This Investment company is a leading financial services organisation in the region and they adopt entrepreneurship and a forward looking attitude.
The investments are focused on three main areas; Private Equity, Infrastructure and Real Estate.
Role responsibilities:
Designing and implementing operational risk management policies, procedures and systems
Design and implement a framework to quantify operational risk exposure as advised by the Basel II advanced framework.
Revise, document, assess and enhance the internal control systems in the company;
Design and implement a business continuity plan.
Skills required: Extensive experience in internal control, internal or external audit and operational risk systems. Experience in designing business processes and implementing internal control systems. Knowledge and experience of the financial and investment banking industry.
