You’ll enjoy a well thought out mix of study (working toward your CIPFA qualification) and on-the-job practical work on site across a four year programme, often working closely with a varied mix of clients – from Finance Directors and GPs to Education Officers and Housing Managers. One day you might find yourself in the library on study leave, the next you could be carrying out live audit work at the local council office or police department, investigating real issues and recommending real solutions. You’ll be an integral part of the team from day one, enjoying an tailored programme, generous financial support, abundant study time and regular mentoring.

You’ll also get an appealing salary from the beginning – starting between £21,867-£28,999 per annum (depending on location), as well as flexible working options wherever possible, performance-related pay, 27.5 days’ holiday and contributory final salary pension scheme, as well as ten training days each year (in addition to your CIPFA qualification study) to gain more professional qualifications to suit your aspirations.
