The Programme
On our well structured three-year graduate programme, you’ll truly enjoy the luxury of choice across an eclectic and expansive client portfolio nationwide in the arts, entertainment, charity, property and professional practice, as well as specialist dealings with owner managed, entrepreneurial and growing businesses. You’ll also get to choose and apply for one of our six career paths, including Accounting, Audit, Tax, Corporate finance, Restructuring and recovery, across just about every industry sector (although most of our vacancies are in Audit).
Designed to help you achieve your chartered status (or specific qualifications should you choose one of our alternative career paths) as quickly as possible, our course offers industry leading support and guidance. This includes financial help for all your study and revision courses (on your first attempt) and time off for exam leave. Perhaps that’s why our pass rate is well above the national average.
Not only that, but you could find yourself working on live projects with your own clients in as little as 18 months. Why so soon? Because we believe giving early responsibility gives you the chance to show us what you’re really made of. And your development won’t stop there – we tailor your programme to your interests and ambition. If you’re aiming to be a Partner, there’s every chance you will be, and in a lot less time than you might think. Our transition and executive development programme timelines prove it.
There are also overseas secondment opportunities through our links with Baker Tilly international, so your ambition could, quite literally, take you anywhere.
