Employee Benefit Analyst
Position Description:
• Candidate should have extensive experience in the fields of human resources and employee benefits in particular and will work with the Corporate Benefits Division of the HR Policy and Planning Department in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• This department provides Total Rewards expertise to management by designing, developing and maintaining world class compensation, benefits and other HR programs for the employees of the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco). The benefit programs include both defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans and health and welfare benefits for nationals, and expatriate employees
• The candidate should have extensive knowledge of the design and development of international benefits programs for larger organizations with a multinational workforce.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry,
• U.S. qualified and non-qualified benefit plans and European benefits are preferred
• . Knowledge of the economics and financial aspects of benefit programs and market trends is desirable.
• The candidate should be able to effectively analyze employee and market data with regards to benefit program studies, develop written proposals and presentations to management for both new and existing benefit programs, and develop related employee communications
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Master Degree in BA and/or Finance is preferred)
• 10 plus years of progressive mid to senior level experience in the field.
