The Battle of the Sexes
Careers in Audit’s latest survey was entitled ‘The Battle of the Sexes?’. Whilst it is recognized that opportunities have improved for women in the workplace, it is widely accepted that gender inequality remains an issue. We were interested to hear your views on how the working environment has changed in recent years, for both men and women, and whether the audit and accountancy world has embraced the growing popularity of ‘flexi-time’.
