My client is an expanding Top 10 accountancy and advisory business. They currently have an opening for an experienced fraud and investigations practitioner to join their growing Fraud and Investigations team. The Fraud and Investigations team have a reputation for delivering value adding services across a variety of sectors including the NHS and the public and corporate sector.
As a Managing Consultant in the team you will look after a portfolio of clients and you will also be involved in the delivery of fraud prevention programmes, fraud risk training and awareness, fraud detection exercises and supporting clients who experience fraud instances, requiring investigative skills in compliance with criminal, disciplinary and regulatory legislation. The role requires you to travel to and from client sites as necessary, largely across the South East, as well as working autonomously at times.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous fraud prevention experience and have supervisory experience. The ideal candidate will be experienced in delivering proactive fraud reviews to complex clients. Candidates with an internal audit background who also have exposure to fraud and forensic audits will also be considered. The ideal candidate can also come from an internal audit background with fraud experience.
