A multi-national commercial company is looking for an Internal Audit Manager to be based in Hamburg. 
Your role will be to assist in planning and carrying out the Company’s Internal Audit Activity. The purpose of the function is to provide independent, objective assurance designed to add value and improve the organization’s operations. You will help the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluation of control, risk management and governance processes.
You will report directly to the Audit Director based in another European country. 
You will help drive the annual Internal Audit plan and perform audits on both operational and financial controls and agree recommended actions and timetable to implement improvement procedures.
In order to apply for this job position you should have between 8 and 15 years’ experience – either in external or internal audit, ideally both. 
Candidates must have excellent communication skills including fluent English. German speaking skills would be a strong plus.
