A leading insurance company is recruiting an ACA/ACCA qualified Senior Internal Auditor to join their diverse audit team.
This Lloyd's syndicate works across 170+ countries, covering different lines of business such as aviation, marine and logistics, property and brokerage services. This innovative company works in global locations and is dedicated to hiring driven and passionate individuals to work within a diverse and talented team of auditors.
The Senior Internal Auditor is required to participate in the planning of key audits alongside management with the opportunity to act as lead within the team. The Senior Internal Auditor will be required to carry out SOX testing and operate under UK regulatory accounting principles when managing and mitigating risk throughout the business. The candidate must operate with integrity when evaluating operational effectiveness within internal control areas. The candidate must communicate recommendations to key stakeholders within the business clearly and concisely. In addition, there is a small element of travel across the UK and Canada to work alongside their worldwide team.
In order to be successful in this role, You will need to hold an accountancy qualification ACA/ACCA with relevant experience in industry or practice and ideally be from Internal or External audit covering Insurance based clients.
Salary and Benefits
The salary will range between £50,000-£55,000 with good benefits and bonus scheme. In addition, the job is a unique opportunity to gain specialist insurance knowledge in niche lines of business, alongside great career prospects and extensive training programmes.
