The Audit & Risk Recruitment Company (ARRC) are working with one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in the world to find a Risk Manager. This role will be based in their London head office. The role will be responsible for all risks associated with people – from anti-money laundering to payroll, data privacy to HR regulations from national and European governments. This is an interesting and exciting opportunity for a candidate with tangible Risk Management experience to take a significant step forward in their career.
You will operate closely with senior stakeholders in human resources and elsewhere in the business to successfully mitigate risks and maintain an effective risk strategy, within the boundaries of established internal controls and regulatory initiatives. You will remain up to date and in the loop regarding all potential risks in the context of human resources and people-related issues. Stakeholder management will be a key part of the role, and you must be able to communicate complex risk-related issues to all levels of seniority.
The ideal candidate will have some demonstrable Risk Management experience gained within a large global corporate or top professional services firm. You will be able to demonstrate an understanding of potential risks to a business that originate from its personnel or HR department. You will have excellent spoken and written English.
