Not For Profit Audit Manager
A globally successful audit team is currently seeking an audit manager to join their prestigious Leeds office. The hiring firm is part of the Top-ten and therefore offers an impeccable collegiate atmosphere with guidance from experienced senior staff and a clear hierarchy and progression route.
The responsibilities of the audit manager include co-ordinating all aspects of the audit process, working closely with key not for profit clients – building and maintaining relationships, allocate work and ensure it is carried out satisfactorily and supporting junior auditors. The successful candidate will be qualified (ACCA, ACA, CA, ICAEW or ICAS) and will also have post-qualification experience in audit, within practice. Experience of working closely with clients is also essential to be considered for this vacancy, whilst working with not-for profit clients is a desirable trait.
This role presents the opportunity to be instrumental in the performance of a market-leading audit team, therefore it would be ideal for someone whose long term aspirations lie within audit. There will also be opportunities to work on a split portfolio of work, meaning that there is the possibility of progressing in to commercial audit. Once hired, the successful candidate will be exposed to an environment where progression is achieved on the merit of the individual and hard work does not go unrewarded. The nature of this audit position ensures there is the ability to build long-lasting connections with clients and colleagues. This firm offers some of the highest salaries in the local market as well as an excellent benefits package.
