Internal Audit Team Leader - financial and operational audits ( using SAP MM) - Switzerland
One of Switzerland’s most high profile businesses are recruiting a Team leader for their Internal Audit team – specifically an Operational Audit professional with leadership potential to replace an audit rotation into the business.

Having gone through a period of improvement in terms of methodology, expertise and approach, The Head of Audit views the people within the team as critical to the success of the area. This is demonstrated in terms of approach - proactive, ideas-oriented, inquisitive and confident but also in terms of skills set - SAP exposure operational expertise, understanding of the manufacturing industry. With a pool of talented auditors already within the team, the expectation is that a high performing auditor will join with the potential to develop further.
Travelling globally, approximately 50% of the time, the Audit team leader will be exposed to a truly international position – Europe, Asia and The Americas being a particular focus. By possessing a proactive nature and bringing ideas to the table, there will be an opportunity to add immediate value to the global subsidiaries.
Adaptability, leadership qualities, an understanding of complex operational audits plus strong technical expertise in operational audits using SAP (supply chain, production, procurement, inventory etc) are the key requirements for the Team Leader. A background in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, production food or consumer goods sectors in the Internal Audit department with an international focus will be a good profile. Possession of all of these, plus a fantastic level of English and some exposure to German will be a winning combination.
