One of the worlds leading industrial groups is looking for a highly experienced and skilled Assistant Audit Manager to join their international audit team in Katowice, Poland.
Working closely with the Head Audit your role will be to audit objectives & plans in line with the key strategic objectives of the business.
You will be expected to undertake operational and financial audits to examine and evaluate internal control processes across this diverse group in Europe and America.
As a key commercial resource you will be involved in identifying process improvement and cost reduction opportunities through operational and financial audits as well as undertaking special projects as and when required.
In order to apply for this job position you should have 5-10 years’ experience – either gained in an Internal Audit function of a large manufacturing company and/or with a big 4 firm practice firm.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills including fluency in English.
50% travel across Europe
Within two to three years of assuming this role, the Assistant Audit Manager is anticipated to be a candidate for another position of broader financial leadership within operating segments, or the corporate group. This position is a fast track opportunity to gain experience and exposure to all of the Group businesses.
