1. Introduction
Careers in Audit (the “Website”) is operated by Careersinaudit.com Ltd (“we”, “our, “us”). We take the privacy of our customers’ information very seriously. Please read this policy carefully, as it explains how and for what purposes we will use the information collected about you via the Website. 2. Careers in Audit
We are an independent provider of a gateway service to those seeking or offering careers in the audit and audit-related sector. For those candidates who register with the service, the website provides a personal account that allows them to space to store details of their career.
Candidates who do not wish to register with the service can still search for jobs, each one selected to match their search criteria.
Those who have previously used job boards will be familiar with the format of the website, but we would like to make special mention of the following points:
Recruitment companies and other advertisers such as a client company can pay for access to our candidate database. Candidates have three options regarding the level of access they wish to grant recruitment companies and advertisers to their profile:
Fully Viewable: this option allows all recruitment companies and advertisers to view their CV.
Case By Case: This requires recruitment companies and advertisers to request permission from the candidate prior to contact.
Hidden: This prevents all recruitment companies and advertisers from viewing their details.
Candidates can view their Public Profile to ensure they are satisfied with how their profile will appear.
Candidates who find a job or wish to deregister may do so with immediate effect through their ‘Account Profile’ or ‘CV Upload’. The database will archive the profile for possible future reactivation.
Candidates will be offered the choice of receiving email alerts from us and our selected partners.
Candidates opt in to this service and can change their preference at any time through their account settings.
