• Professional qualification ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA or equivalent 
• 5+ years of external Audit experience
• Currently Audit Manager within an international Top 10 accounting firm
• Insurance industry experience - life/general/captive or reinsurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team
• Organized and the ability to prioritize
