Data Insight Analyst Social & Customer £50k & benefits Hybrid / London Office 2-3 days Work across a range of clients in retail, FMCG and charity industries Act as 'right hand person' to Head of Data to lead on projects Strong skills with SQL, social media listening tools and Google Analytics Basic (or more advanced) skills with Python coupled with base understanding of analytical modelling Business or client facing skills required to liaise with, and nurture client relationships I have partnered with an award winning global Marketing & Advertising agency to hire for a Data Analyst to join their growing Data Science team. A chance to diversify your experience by working across multiple clients in various industries, delivering data science solutions to support improved omnichannel customer experience and campaign performance. You will use a variety of analytical techniques and tools, such as Python, Google Analytics and BrandWatch, to deliver insights and measurement around web, search and social data, working with API's (like TikTok and Spotify) to segment and analyse audience and customer data. There is strong ambition and scope and deliver more advanced machine learning projects, so it's important your skills can span a range of analytics and more advanced data science projects, helping to win work in this space. Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust statistical algorithms and predictive models to support data analytics projects around customer, digital marketing and product performance. Pull data from various API's to bridge gaps in traditional data sources and tools. Translate complex data findings into compelling presentation for non-technical audiences ,through building beautiful data visualisations Work in partnership with creative teams to support data driven thinking, content creation and web builds. Experience: Educated to degree level in relevant subject such as Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering etc. Strong coding skills with SQL, working with large and complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends Ideally experience in programming and modelling with Python, to support analytics projects Strong technical skills with Google Analytics (GA) or Adobe Analytics for digital analytics, as well as social media listening tools such as BrandWatch or TalkWalker Ideally experience working with multiple API data flows
