Position Overview: InterQuest are looking for a Senior Analyst to join the team of a Payments company with a focus on onboarding new customers and ensuring continuous monitoring of our existing customer base. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customer onboarding processes meet regulatory standards and align with our internal risk management policies. This position offers significant flexibility with occasional travel to London. Key Responsibilities: Customer Onboarding: Conduct comprehensive Know Your Business (KYB) assessments for new customers, ensuring all regulatory standards are met. Risk Assessment: Utilize and enhance risk scoring methodologies to evaluate customer risks during both onboarding and ongoing monitoring. Compliance Due Diligence: Perform in-depth due diligence on potential clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and policy standards. Continuous Monitoring: Regularly review and assess the existing customer portfolio to identify any compliance risks and ensure adherence to company policies. Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to compliance processes, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Reporting: Compile and present detailed reports to senior management on customer risk profiles, highlighting any notable trends or issues. Remediation: Develop and execute remediation plans for clients who do not meet compliance standards, overseeing their progress and reporting updates internally. Required Skills and Qualifications: Extensive experience in risk management, compliance, or financial crime. In-depth knowledge of payment services and the e-money sector, with a particular focus on card schemes. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail and excellent time management. Proven track record of building strong relationships across various levels and regions.
