Operational Risk & Resilience Manager - £65,000 My client are a specialist reinsurer in London, and are seeking an experienced professional to join their team. The firm are a Reinsurance firm with offices across London, Dublin, Switzerland and US, and are looking for someone to primarily support their UK, and Switzerland offices. Position: I am currently seeking individuals to join the clients operational risk team. This team is responsible for coordinating various capabilities within the operational risk framework, including oversight of the resilience framework, business incident management, business continuity planning, and compliance with operational resilience regulations set by the PRA and FCA. Key responsibilities of this role include: Providing oversight of the risk management framework for the business. Partnering with the business to implement strong risk culture throughout the organisation, as well as support the wider business to ensure strong governance. Supporting scenario testing of the operational resilience framework. Tracking vulnerabilities to operational resilience and driving their resolution. Coordinating the operational resilience framework across all of their EU, and UK business. Requirements Qualifications/Experience Experience in implementing risk management frameworks. Understanding of operational resilience concepts. Ability to influence senior stakeholders to take action. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
