The ideal profile:

• Professional qualification ACA/CA/ACCA/CPA
• 5+ years of external Audit experience
• Current Audit Manager within an international Top Accounting firm in South Africa, Ireland, UK Offshore (CI or IoM), UK Mainland, Canada, USA, Australia or New Zealand
• Insurance (life/general/captive or reinsurance) or Banking client experience is key
• PCAOB experience is considered a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience mentoring and leading a diverse team
• Organised and the ability to prioritise
