Job Title: Sustainability Analyst Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 Location: Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week) In this role, you’ll significantly shape the company’s sustainability journey by developing and implementing strategies that align with its ambitious environmental goals. Your work will involve collecting and analysing data to measure the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, providing key insights to inform strategic decision-making. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to foster a culture of sustainability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Data Collection and Analysis: Gathering and analysing sustainability-related data to measure the impact of initiatives, offering valuable insights to inform strategic decisions. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to promote and embed sustainability practices. Reporting and Communication: Preparing detailed sustainability reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes to key stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: Experience in an ESG or/and Sustainability role: A deep understanding of ESG principles, sustainability practices, and relevant frameworks (such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD) is essential to contribute to the company’s ESG strategy and reporting effectively. Strong Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should have experience in data collection and analysis, mainly related to sustainability metrics, to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: The candidate should possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, promote sustainability initiatives, and ensure alignment with the company’s environmental goals.
