We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Wholesale Sustainability finance Business Partner.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate and engage together with business to evolve how we define and monitor performance, risk, and opportunities for our sustainability businesses. The role provides a unique opportunity to join the business finance team at a pivotal stage, as we enhance the way we measure the performance and the impact of our sustainability strategy. The role will give an opportunity to support three lines of business: CMB, GB and MSS. The role requires a passion and understanding of sustainability, including an understanding of sectorial challenges faced to achieve net zero, a strong desire to learn, adaptability to change, and strong commercial acumen as the role involves constantly working with both financial and non-financial information.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
Demonstrable knowledge and/or experience in sustainability within finance, risk or business functions (directly or in consultancy). Measurable and passionate about sustainability (e.g., learning, training, working, volunteering, targets and obstacles faced within the sustainability subject matter). Experience in creating KPI (e.g., financial reporting, forecasting, financial performance) and metrics in an agile project environment. Collaborative, engaging, credible and methodical; being able to bring the numbers to life (e.g., preparing packs for working groups). Experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders (all levels of seniority and geographies). Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CA, MBA or equivalent).
The base location for this role will be London and with a hybrid working pattern.
