About the Company: We are looking for Sustainability Engineers who are interested in the decarbonisation of buildings in the built environment. As a Sustainability Engineer, you would be working for an Engineering Consultancy that provides a range of services including: Surveying commercial property portfolios Building Performance Modelling Financial Modelling ( ROI) Providing advice to make buildings carbon neutral. M&E Design & project management of subsequent decarbonisation packages Management of the integration of Solar PV, LED Lighting & other green tech. Responsibilities: Based out of an office near Euston, from home & on client sites, you will be working with real estate clients, helping them decarbonise their property portfolio. Your duties would include: Surveying Commercial Buildings Producing & presenting reports in relation to building /energy performance & possible improvements Performing Building Performance Analysis & Modelling Providing advice to making property portfolios carbon neutral Developing M&E Services Design Project managing the integration of Solar PV , LED Lighting & other green tech where appropriate Project Engineer & Manage retrofits Support each client with the implementation of decarbonisation strategies across their property portfolio. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have: An Engineering related Degree such as Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, Environmental Engineering etc Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship Experience & Skills: Experience using IES Virtual Environment Experience Developing Building Services Designs Have a passion for the decarbonisation in the built environment. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Feel confident presenting to and working with clients Successful candidates will benefit from: Basic salary ranging from £45k-£75k (DOE) basic, 25 Days holiday, flexible working & Pension Additional benefits to include: A commitment to training (as required) including Conducting Non-Domestic EPC’s up to Level 5, Conducting ESOS Assessments, Training in the use of Hydraulic software Training in preparation of preparing GHG Emission reports.
