Your new role
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Monitor and evaluate compliance programs, identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to compliance and risk management.
- Stay informed about legal developments and industry trends.
- Provide training for staff on compliance matters.
- Investigate and address any compliance violations promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research and document review.
- Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional) are a plus.
