About the Role: As an Internal Audit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and organizing internal audit activities across various sectors including manufacturing, hospitality, mining and insurance. Your expertise will help structure and streamline audit processes to support the growth of the team, which is expanding rapidly in response to new business wins and increased demand for services.

• Lead and manage internal audit projects from planning to execution, working with a diverse team of auditors.
• Organize and improve audit processes to enhance efficiency and ensure the highest standards of performance.
• Engage directly with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored internal audit services.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff, ensuring their development while maintaining high team morale.
• Support audit committee meetings and help senior management with risk management and reporting.
• Oversee a growing team and contribute to the development of internal procedures to handle the increasing workload.

The ideal profile:

• Professionally CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA qualified 
• 5+ years of experience gained with a Top 10 International Accountancy firm 
• Currently an Internal Audit/Risk Advisory Manager
• Varied industry experience is ideal 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
