Deal Advisory services include corporate restructuring and insolvency services, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, transaction support, capital market transactions, valuations and fairness opinions, business planning and financial modeling.
We invite you to join our expanding Advisory practice as our next Deal Advisory Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages / coordinates all aspects of the engagement life cycle.
- Manages or assists with the preparation of valuation reports of assets and business interests for a wide range of purposes, such as: mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, fairness opinions, management of buyouts, litigation support, shareholder disputes and divestitures.
- Manages the team as it relates to financial and or commercial due diligence.
- Manages or assists with the preparation of due diligence, business planning and other commercial and financial related assessment reports.
- Leads the development of complex financial models.
- Proactively identifies, pursues and wins business opportunities and builds long-term sustainable relationships to assist in growing the service line.
- Manages or supervises the performance of staff on an on-going basis.
- Collaborates with other professionals to help identify new marketplace opportunities and grow the KPMG Advisory practice
REQUIREMENTS:
- MSc Corporate and International Finance or equivalent
- Certified Financial Analyst or CBV or equivalent would be an asset
- A minimum of five years’ experience in relevant Deal Advisory services with 2 - 4 years’ experience at the Senior level
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong people management and project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to travel
