Business Transformation Manager Sustainability
As Business Transformation Manager Sustainability, you will serve as the business manager for the Head of Sustainability.
You will work closely with Group Sustainability and the Embedded Team to drive development of and execution of the global sustainability strategy. You will liaise with other areas of DLL to ensure the overall programme management of sustainability related projects with planning, day-to-day management tasks and related deliverables relevant to Group Sustainability.
You will support the value creation out of its center of expertise, help create dashboards and targeted, data-based information. Finally, you will be a key contributor/coordinator for the implementation of high impact, key cross-DLL projects that drive the organization forward on sustainability.

Day to day:
- Programme management of sustainability transformation projects: planning, resource-allocation, follow-up, kpi-setting and progress reporting, acting as a change ambassador.
- Sparring partner for Head Sustainability on strategic, communication and general management topics.
- Help translate internal and external sustainability data into strategic direction and monitoring for Group Sustainability and Embedded Team through analysis and internal advisory
- Create internal and external communication content in cooperation with Communications and Group Sustainability
- Coordinate and run team meetings and events in cooperation with Group Sustainability
- Actively supports the Head of Sustainability in connecting, communicating, collaborating, and engaging with other key internal stakeholders for cross-functional success (e.g. Operations, Communications, Finance, HR, Strategy Office).
- Lead and/or contribute to strategic business and change management initiatives from ideation to implementation
- Improve current processes and optimize organizational procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Essentials:
Qualifications
- Masters degree in business, finance, sustainability or related field;
- At least 5 years of experience working in in financial services and/or in (strategy) consulting
- Strong affinity with and understanding of ESG topics within financial institutions
- Experience of working in a multi-functional and multinational environment.
- Experience in project and programme management
- Reporting and analytics, budgeting, and project management experience.
Skills & Competencies Needed
- The ability to summarize complex matters in simple and clear terms
- Ability to think strategically and drive tactical execution.
- Structured thinker, high analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of integrity and accountability.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
Extras:
- Experience in sustainability consulting or an ESG function is considered a plus
