What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage a portfolio of audit clients, reporting directly to the Principles and Partners.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of audits, ensuring compliance with methodology and auditing standards.
  • Review audit team deliverable and monitor projects to stay within time and budget constraints.
  • Prepare key deliverable, including audit closing reports.
  • Present audit findings at Committee and Board meetings as needed.
  • Provide leadership, training, and on-the-job feedback to the audit team.
  • Foster motivation, collaboration, and a sense of shared goals among team members.


Requirements:

  • Proven technical expertise in accounting and auditing.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting (or related discipline) and CA qualification.
  • 5-7 years experience, of which 2-3 years of experience working as a Manager; leading and managing engagements
  • Experience as performance manager and offers excellent communication
  • Working on multiple clients simultaneously, either in a mid-tier or big four firm
  • Experience in servicing a portfolio of clients across various industries
  • Proven experience in one of the following markets: Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, UK, Europe.
  • A passion for helping clients succeed.
  • A valid driver's license.
