We’re seeking a talented individual to join one of our Private Client Teams in Southampton, which is responsible for working across an exciting client base of entrepreneurs and the Private Business Sector clients.

This is a largely Advisory based role with just 10% compliance responsibility. With Private Client being a strong focus of the firm you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues nationally on complex cross stream projects and will be given the opportunity to develop your career and thus providing you with plenty of scope for promotion opportunities.

You will have experience within practice environment and we can be flexible on location and working days. We can also accommodate part time at a minimum of four days a week.

You will be strong technically across a wide field, specifically OMB’s and will have report writing and project management experience as well as being confident at building relationships with colleagues and clients.

As Private Client Tax Manager your responsibilities will include among others

  • Responsible for a portfolio of clients specifically Entrepreneurs and OMB’s
  • Project management of multiple complex projects
  • Identification of opportunities with clients and liaison with Partner to develop those opportunities  
  • Preparing and delivering reports for clients, attending client meetings, and responding to ad-hoc questions and inquiries regarding their personal tax affairs.
  • Give exceptional client service and be responsible for maintaining regular contact with client team

 

Qualifications

Education and Qualifications:

  • ACA/ CTA or equivalent qualification.

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience gained within a professional services firm.
  • Good experience in personal tax advisory work.
  • Strong report writing skills
  • Project Management experience and able to manage multiple projects with the ability to self manage
  • Confident with clients and ability to build meaningful relationships
