Internal Audit Semi-Senior
My client are a leading professional services firm with operations spread across the length and breadth of the UK. Due to an upsurge in client activity we are expanding our corporate services team across Southern England we are seeking to appoint an experienced Semi Senior Internal Auditor or Risk Assurance specialist to join our Southern Team.
We have offices scattered across the South of the UK and the bulk of our clients are between London and the South Coast - you will be based at whichever office is the most local to you.
The client consists of both Corporate and NHS/Local Government clients. Anyone joining this team will have the opportunity to work on a very wide and varied client portfolio.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the delivery of an end to end Internal audit strategy for clients. This will include scoping, testing and writing reports.
Assisting the Audit Manager in attending new business presentations as and when required.

For applicants who are already studying a qualification (CIIA, PIIA, CIA, ACCA or ACA) my client offers full study support.
There is travel with this role as you will be on client site 40% of the time but overnight travel is not extensive.
Good team skills are essential for this role as you will be working with non IT auditors to deliver a full internal audit strategy for your clients.
Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for this role.
