This Big 4 firm is experiencing strong growth with a number of exciting new client wins and need to hire a new Senior Manager with experience in Investment Banking or Commodity Trading.


As a Senior Manager within the Financial Services Audit practice your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage key audit relationships within the Investment Banking and Commodity Trading sectors
  • Identify and develop both audit and advisory opportunities with new and existing clients
  • Ensure that stakeholder relationships, both internal and externally are managed to the required standards
  • Develop staff and take an important role in the appraisal and staff development process of the firm
  • To have a broader perspective of potential issues encountered when managing diverse teams and the strategies to overcome them
  • Have a clear understanding of the firm’s commitment to creating a more inclusive culture

Required skills/experience:

  • ACCA / ACA qualification (or equivalent) with extensive financial services audit experience a requirement
  • Thorough knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP
  • Proven track record in the understanding and interpretation of regulation within the industry and the implementation of solutions to address regulatory requirements
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting and controls
  • Ability to identify sales opportunities and lead the business development process
  • The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and challenging environments.
  • Strong leadership skills
